Cancellation Policy
At Heavy Kuttz, we value your time and ours. We strive to provide exceptional barbering services and maintain an organized schedule to accommodate all our valued clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and optimal service delivery, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee or the need to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrival: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you anticipate being late, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. However, please note that if you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to deem your booking as a normal walk-in appointment. In such cases, you will be accommodated as a walk-in client, and your appointment may be rescheduled to the next available time slot or based on walk-in availability. We prioritize clients who arrive on time to ensure a smooth flow of services throughout the day. Cancellation Fee: In the event of a cancellation without the required 24 hours' notice or failure to show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied. The cancellation fee amount will be determined by the length and complexity of the services booked. This fee will be charged to your account and must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure an alternative appointment time. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing any notice, we reserve the right to decline future appointments or require a prepaid deposit for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. It helps us maintain an efficient schedule, deliver quality services to all our clients, and minimize any inconvenience caused by cancellations or late arrivals.
